DATE : 15 JULY 2024 ORDER :- The petitioner, who was appointed as Lab Assistant and was also accorded initial approval, is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the Deputy Director having directed his name to be included in the Shalarth Pranali, for want of permanent approval, he is being paid only honorarium. The proposal forwarded by Headmaster is pending with the respondent No.2 since 21.06.2021 (Exhibit-C).

The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to pass appropriate order on the proposal dated 21.06.2021 (Exhibit-C) as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four weeks. It is to state that depending upon the order, necessary arrears be disbursed with.
