Heard. Perused record of the appeal. It is one of the oldest appeals. Since November 2015 this Court has been making efforts so that the matter is heard. The appellant - accused has not cooperated. Earlier when bailable warrants were issued, the counsel appeared and sought time when time was given. Thereafter the counsel did not appear and did not argue. If the cost is paid, Hamdast of the order calling back the non-bailable warrant be given to the appellant - accused, addressed to the Police Station/ Court concerned. Counsel present, says that, he is ready to argue the appeal on the next date. List the appeal for hearing finally on 4th August 2016. (A.I.S. CHEEMA, J.) fmp/cri3769.16
