PER COURT:- 1.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has not co-operated in the disposal of the proceeding before the Scrutiny Committee. 2.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that, the petitioner had approached the Committee. He had also filed say to the vigilance report and the petitioner received notice of the date of hearing after the notified date.

The petitioner seeks permission to appear for the examination.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 02.09.2021 and shall argue the matter

(2) 993-wp-8827-2021 and co-operate for the expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

The Committee shall decide the proceeding on or before 30.10.2021.

6.

The respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from appearing for examination for Third (II) MBBS Examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending and declare the result.

7.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

8.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
