Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 - Education Officer has tendered across the bar the report dated 18th July, 2016, prepared by respondent No. 3. The same is taken on record. The learned counsel for respondent No. 3 invites our attention to serial No. 9 of the said report and submits that the case of the petitioner was considered during counselling and respondent No. 3 has agreed to consider the request of the petitioner to recall the earlier transfer order and post the petitioner as per availability of the post in Nanded Taluka. In the light of that, we direct

wp7348-2016 respondent No. 3 to give new posting to the petitioner within two weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
