Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant, learned APP for the Respondents - State and the learned Advocate for the Informant. Perused the papers on record.

The Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.0167/2025 registered with Patoda Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and therefore, he has filed this Application for Anticipatory Bail. 3.
It is the case of Prosecution that, the Informant's father took a loan from the Applicant and Co-accused on interest. Despite the Informant's father repaying the amount much more than he was liable to pay, the FIR
934-ABA-1113-2025.odt named accused used to harass him. Being fed-up, Informant's father committed suicide by hanging and left a suicide note stating that, due to the harassment by the FIR named accused, he was committing suicide. 4.
Undisputedly, the Applicant is named as one of the accused in the FIR. This Court, in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1060/2025 by order dated 26/08/2025, allowed the Anticipatory Bail Application of the Coaccused, namely, Amrut @ Bharat s/o Babasaheb Bhosale. The Applicant stands on the same footing as that of the said Co-accused. Hence, on the ground of parity, I proceed to pass the following order:
ORDER
[I] Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed.
[II] In the event of arrest of the Applicant, namely, Dipak s/o Ashok Salunke, in connection with Crime No.0167/2025 registered with Patoda Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on his furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand], with one surety in the like amount.
[III] The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer till filing of charge-sheet and shall cooperate in the investigation. [IV] The Applicant shall not tamper the prosecution evidence. [NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J.] Signed by: Md. Sameer Q.
