In spite of service, none appears for respondent. 3.

This application is by the applicant - wife seeking transfer of proceeding of H.M.P. No. 335/2025 from the Court of learned C.J.S.D., Kalyan to the Court of learned C.J.S.D., Amalner. 4.

The applicant - wife stays with her parents at Amalner with her child of fifteen months of age. Therefore, the applicant find it difficult to travel to Kalyan which is 350 kms. away from Amalner.

2 959-MCA 211-2025.odt One proceeding under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act bearing P.W.D.V.A. No. 34/2025 is pending in the Court at Amalner where the husband has already caused his appearance.

This Court finds that, in view of the above facts and circumstance, it would be appropriate to allow the application. Hence, following order :

ORDER

(I) Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

(II) After transfer of the proceeding, no party shall seek unnecessary adjournments. As far as possible the respondent - husband be allowed to appear through video conferencing facility at his request.
