The learned Counsel Mr Shah, appearing for Respondent No. 3 - the Administrative Ofcer Mr C.A. Abhange in the Administration Department, Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad made a statement before this Court that, on instructions provided by Mr Abhange, who is personally present in this Court, as well, the Law Ofcer of the Municipal Corporation, who is also personally present in this Court that due to some administrative difculties, though the representation of the petitioner is decided, same was not communicated to the petitioner. As such, the necessary steps so as to communicate

The statement made before this Court on the instructions of respondent No. 3, who is personally present is accepted as an undertaking before this Court. In view of this statement, which is accepted as an undertaking before this Court, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.
