The applicant-husband has preferred the appeal against the judgment and decree of the Family Court, Aurangabad. Considering the pleadings, it appears that both parties are at loggerhead and contesting the matter seriously. The applicant is contesting in person.

There may be incorrect calculations. Those appear to be under misconception of law. This is first appeal, which is matter
