This motion is moved for speaking to the minutes, in respect of common judgment dated 01.08.2023 in First Appeal No. 649 of 2013 and other connected 39 appeals, by learned Counsel Mr. S. C. Arora for recording his appearance in some of the appeals (7) in numbers on behalf of Respondent-acquiring body instead of appearance of learned Counsel Mrs. Ranjana Reddy.
