The present proceedings are arising out of the provisions of section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The parties have already adjudicated their claim in a civil suit in relation to the same subject matter.

In view of the above facts and in view of the order dated 26th June, 2014 referred above, nothing survives in the present application.
