cra4264.14 the State. Perused the Record and Proceedings and the findings recorded by the trial Court.

There are eye witnesses to the incident.

Overt-acts are attributed. Injuries are sustained by the injured witnesses. In that view of the matter, the case is established for admission of the Appeal, allowing the Application seeking leave to appeal.

The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), (B), (C) and (F). The Application stands disposed of, accordingly.
