Mr. Adwant, learned advocate opposes the request and submits that false statements are made in the petition. The remark and reconsideration was general. According to the petitioner, the statement made is to the effect that the petitioner was not communicated about the rejection of the proposal. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
