We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2.

Petition today would be premature. The respondent No. 3 is entitled to receive the gratuity, P.F., and the retirement benefits, as may be permissible under law. The petitioner unless is armed with the order of a competent Court with regards to recovery, no further orders can be passed in the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
