The present writ petition takes exception to the order dated 25.05.2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad, in Money Lending Appeal No. 12 of 2023. Apparently, writ petition has been filed against order rejecting application for grant of stay to the impugned order. The proceedings in appeal are pending for more than two years. 2.

Learned Advocates appearing for respective parties submit that proceedings in appeal may be expedited and the interim protection granted vide order dated 21.07.2023 in present writ petition may be continued till disposal of Appeal. 3.

In that view of the matter, present writ petition stands

(( 2 )) 934-WP-8214-23 disposed of with a direction to the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad, to decide Money Lending Appeal No. 12 of 2023 within a period of four (04) months from today. 4.

Learned Advocates appearing for respective parties to cooperate for expeditious disposal of Appeal. Learned AGP to communicate order to the concerned authority. 5.
