The Petitioner claims to be belonging to the 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe category. His claim is pending validation. Respondent No.4/Depot Manager, Bhoom Depot, Osmanabad, has issued a show cause notice to the Petitioner, dated 18/06/2024, making him aware that his service will be terminated if he does not submit a validity certificate. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the Petitioner would submit an affidavit undertaking to this Court
(2) and a copy of the same to Respondent No.4/Employer, within a period of 21 days from today, stating therein that, he would not claim any increments/pay fixation/pay revision/additional increment/ service benefits, etc. until his claim is validated by the Committee or any Court, as the case may be.

The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions that the Respondent/Scrutiny Committee would decide the claim of the Petitioner, by 31/12/2024.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would co-operate with the Committee. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The Petitioner shall co-operate with the Scrutiny Committee for the disposal of his claim, on or before 31/12/2024. If the Petitioner tenders the affidavit undertaking, as recorded above, in
