This is an application seeking for condonation of delay of 112 days caused in filing appeal to challenge the judgment and order of Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, which has dismissed the claim. 2.

The applicants have set out the reasons for delay in paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the application. Though the sole respondent i.e the Union of India has been served, remained absent to contest the application.

Both the applicants are illiterate and financially weak. Since the contentions raised by the applicants remained un-rebutted and as the delay is less than four months, it stands condoned.
