The limited grievance raised in this petition is that respondent no.4 appointed the petitioner on the post of Peon on compassionate ground. A proposal was, accordingly, submitted to the Education Officer (Secondary). However, the said proposal seems to have not been decided till today.

Learned AGP invites attention of this Court to the communication dated 13.01.2022 (annexed at Exh."O" - page 43), by

32-wp8250.2022 which the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur, directed respondent no.5 to resubmit the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Junior Clerk.

Learned counsel for respondent no.4 makes a statement that respondent no.4 will now resubmit the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post for Peon, within a period of two weeks. After such a proposal is submitted by the respondent no.4 for the post of peon, respondent no.3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, shall decide the same, within a period of three weeks thereafter. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
