Though the respondent No. 4 is served, when the matter is called out none appears for the respondent No. 4. 2.

The only grievance is that revenue recovery certificate is not executed.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The petitioner is entitled for dues as per the order passed by the Labour Court. Pursuant to the order passed by the

2 wp 11436.17 Labour Court, revenue recovery certificate is issued. Considering the fact that, the petitioner's claim for monetary benefit is allowed and the revenue recovery certificate is issued, we pass following order.

The respondent No. 3 shall execute the revenue recovery certificate and shall start the process of execution within a period of four (04) months from today and shall take effective steps for execution. The petitioner may also point out the properties of the respondent No. 4 for execution of the revenue recovery certificate. The revenue recovery certificate be executed expeditiously, in case there is no other impediment. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
