Mr.Tekale, learned Counsel appearing for Respondents No.7 to 11, submits that Respondent No.7 has fled an appeal before the Sub Divisional Ofcer, Aurangabad, against an order dated 09.04.2019, passed by the Additional Tahsildar and the appellate authority has granted status quo. In view of that, it appears that, in the writ petition, no orders can be passed.

It is submitted that the petitioners are also party to the said appeal. The petitioners can appear in the said appeal and prosecute the matter. The Sub Divisional Ofcer shall
