This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 161 days caused in preferring first appeal, against the impugned order dated 24.10.2018 passed by Railway Claims Tribunal, at Nagpur.

The appellants are the original claimants. The applicants have set out the reasons in paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the application.

The other side has objected this application by contending that the reasons are not sufficient.

The relevant portion of the application indicates that the applicants are in adverse condition and they were not timely informed by the concerned learned counsel. There is no reason to raise doubt about the bonafides of the applicants. Having regard to the said fact, sufficient cause has been made out, hence the application is allowed and delay caused in filing the appeal stands condoned. 6.

Application is disposed of.
