By filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to give him posting as per the transfer order dated 18.5.2017 issued by respondent No. 2.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 on instruction submits that the employee who has been posted in place of petitioner is under suspension and the process of his reinstatement is going on and the same is likely to be completed within a period of two months. He submits that the petitioner will be allowed to join within a period of two months. 3.

Recoding the said statement, we dispose of the petition.
