The applicant submits that though the other side has recommended three names vide the communication dated 29/06/2018, out of which one can be appointed as an arbitrator, the applicant does not agree to either of the three names. It is conceded that the applicant has not suggested any name or a choice amongst a few names, to the other side. 2.

As such, I do not find any reason to entertain this application and the same is disposed off as the applicant can suggest few names to the other side for appointment of an arbitrator.
