Learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2013. The same is not yet decided. The father has been issued with the validity certificate.

In case, the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending, then the respondent No. 4 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 1/2

Till then, the respondents No. 2 and 3 may declare the result of the petitioner's examination and issue mark-sheet. However, shall not issue degree certificate, till the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
