P. C. :- 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, inspite of the various representations made by the petitioner, the works under 'Jalyukta Shivar Yojana' in Ambad and Ghansavangi Talukas of Jalna District have not been commenced and the respondents be directed to implement the said scheme.

The grievance of the petitioner relates back to the year 2017. 3.

In case the petitioner finds that any Scheme, which is to be implemented in the villages is not implemented properly, the petitioner is at liberty to bring it to the notice of the Gram Panchayat or any other concerned officer in-charge of implementation of such a Scheme.

WP/53/2019 4.

The learned Government Pleader would appraise the officer concerned, the concern shown by the petitioner. 5.

Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed off.
