This is a second application for suspension of substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant. His earlier Criminal Application No. 1803/2018 was rejected by this Court on 24.01.2019. Under such circumstance, when there is no change in the circumstance, there is no question of entertaining the application on the second occasion.

As regards the alternative prayer to fix the appeal for final hearing, since this Court is taking the appeals of the year 2015, the applicant/appellant to wait for his turn. No case is made out to break the queue.
