The petitioner requests for issue of writ of mandamus to respondents no. 2 and 3, to take decision on the complaint / application dated 01-12-2015 and representation dated 28-04-2016 filed by petitioner - annexures 'E' and 'G'. 3.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 2 and 3, on instructions, states that the same would be considered preferably within a period of three (3) months from today.
