The learned counsel for the petitioner/original defendant submits that during pendency of this writ petition, the suits bearing Spl.C.S. Nos. 90 and 91 of 2013 came to be dismissed in default by the trial court. The learned counsel, therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to raise the same objection, as is raised in these writ petitions, under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in case the said suits are restored.
