Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is served with copy of the Vigilance Report and next date fixed in the proceeding before the Committee is 21st March, 2022. He will file say to the Vigilance Report and the Committee may be directed to dispose of the said proceeding within a period of one week. 2.

The petitioner shall file his say to the Vigilance Report on 21st March, 2022. Thereafter, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the said proceedings within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Depending upon the decision of the Scrutiny Committee, further steps be taken by the parties.
