It appears that due to non-compliance of the directions given in the order dated 18.3.2021 criminal application came to be dismissed without reference to the Court. 3.

Learned counsel submits that due to the outbreak of the Second wave of Covid-19 pandemic there was a complete lock-down in the entire State of Maharashtra. In view of the same, the applicants could not remove the offce objections entirely.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to costs of Rs.500/- (Rs.
