Leave to correct the name of applicant Abhinath, in stead of Adinath.

The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 238 of 2016, registered with Kranti Chowk Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 315, 342,
(2) 420, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant was arrested on 29th March, 2016.

Perused the first information report and other investigation papers.

The charge sheet is already filed, as the investigation is over.

There are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. Perusal of the first information report depicts that the applicant and complainant lived together with consent.

In view of above, in my opinion, looking to the allegation against the applicant, the applicant deserves to be released on bail. Hence, the following order :-
(3) The applicant be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 238 of 2016, registered with Kranti Chowk Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 315, 342, 420, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/-, with one surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms.
