Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that respondent No.3 is already departed India for pursing his further studies. In view of the said act it appears that impugned order becomes absolute. Therefore, there is no need to continue the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the respondent No.3 fails to return back, the petitioner has no remedy to secure his presence.
