Petitioner is objecting to the second tender process initiated by respondents in view of notice dated 5th July, 2016. 2.

Petitioner participated in the earlier tender process and he also took part in the second tender process. During the second tender process, petitioner was not found to be a competitive bidder and as such the tender work has not been awarded to him. Since petitioner participated in the second tender process, he cannot be permitted to challenge the same on the ground of alleged irregular cancellation of earlier tender process. Petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
