Respondent No.4 is present. Learned AGP places on record her affidavit stating that representation, which was directed to be decided, is decided by her on 14.08.2024. Respondent No.4 has tendered unconditional apology for not complying with the order passed by this Court within stipulated period. The apology is accepted as the representation has been decided and it is stated by learned AGP, upon instructions, that the order has been communicated to the petitioner.
