The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate of Mannervarlu (Scheduled Tribe), but with incorrect spelling of the tribe. The petitioner has filed application for issuance of corrected tribe certificate, but the same is not decided.

It is submitted that, the petitioner is required to submit online application. The petitioner shall submit online application to the Sub Divisional Officer for correction of tribe certificate. The petitioner shall also submit/deposit original tribe

2 wp 8854.19 certificate with incorrect spelling with the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer after receipt of original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling and after verifying genuineness of the same shall issue tribe certificate with correct spelling of the tribe expeditiously and preferably within a period of 15 days thereafter.
