The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the petitioner's tribe claim has been submitted on 07.07.2021 and the same would be decided within six months.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his father's tribe claim has been validated.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent No.3 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 15.01.2023. The petitioner shall render cooperation to the committee and shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable and trivial grounds.
