The present civil application is filed for deleting the name of respondent No. 1 from the array of the respondent in the second appeal. Respondent No. 1 has expired and his legal heirs are already on record in terms of appellant Nos. 2, 3 and 4. As such, there is no necessity to bring the legal heirs of respondent No. 1 on record. He prays to delete the name of respondent No. 1. Appellant is permitted to delete the name of respondent No. 1 from the array of the respondents in the second appeal at his own risk. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 2.

The appellants have filed compromise terms on record. The appellants are permitted to verify the compromise terms before the Registrar (Judicial) within next four weeks. After verification, the Registrar (Judicial) to submit the report within one week. After verification being done, the appellants will be at liberty to move the matter before this Court. [ARUN R.
