Civil application No. 6159 of 2015 is filed seeking intervention in the appeal. Perused the application. Heard learned advocates for both sides. The applicant is Executive Engineer, Osmanabad Minor Irrigation Division, Osmanabad. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. 2.

In so far as civil application No. 9142 of 2022 is concerned, the same is filed for bringing the legal representatives of original respondent No.1 on record. Perused the application. Heard learned advocates for both sides. Considering the reasons stated in the

ca6159.15 -2application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.

In so far as the first appeal is concerned, learned A.G.P. for the appellant State submitted that the compensation amount as per the impugned judgment and award will be deposited within twelve weeks from today. In view of the above, subject to deposit of entire amount under award within twelve weeks from today, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the reference court. It is made clear that, if the amount, as above, is not deposited within the aforesaid period, the stay granted by this order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the court. 4.
