The learned counsel submits that the petitioner raised grievance with regard to her transfer before the C.E.O. Zilla Parishad, Beed. However, it is not yet decided.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned advocate appears for respondent No. 3 and submits that the C.E.O. would take decision upon it in accordance with the Government resolution dated 28.05.2019. 3.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents No. 1 and 2. 4.

In case, the petitioner has filed application to the C.E.O. Zilla Parishad, Beed, with regard to her transfer, then the C.E.O. shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, 1/2
