Learned counsel Shri. Indrale Patil for the petitioner submits that petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 do not intend to alienate the property. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He submits that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit within a specified period. Therefore, petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

The learned Trial Court shall not get influenced by the observations made by the learned District Judge while disposing of the appeal. With these observations petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
