The learned Advocate for the respondents Mr.Ghatol Patil submits that the lower court proceedings Cri.M.A.No.466/2018, pending before the learned J.M.F.C. Sangamner, has been disposed of vide order dated 18.10.2022. He further submits that the petitioner has also expired during the pendency of this petition. 2.
