The respondents have issued appointment order, however, Counsel for the petitioners submits that it is only for six months. According to him, whenever appointment is given on compassionate ground, it is not for limited period but, is always on regular basis.

We do not countenance the act of the respondents, to issue appointment order for six months, and we give opportunity to the respondents to correct the said order in due course, or continue the services of the petitioners from date of joining joining the services, by issuing subsequent order, as a corrective measure, subject to outcome of the review petition.
