Learned Advocates for the respective sides jointly submit that the parties, who are blood relatives, have settled the dispute amongst them amicably and that they do not desire to prosecute these petitions any further.

The statements are made on instructions from their respective clients.

In the light of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Rule, issued by order dated 30.9.2003 in the first petition i.e. Writ Petition No. 4067 of 2003, stands discharged. The amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, deposited in this Court has already been withdrawn by Prasad Digambar Belapurkar, in the light of the consent terms dated 5.5.2015, filed in First Appeal No.694 of 2007. It is, therefore, submitted jointly that the interest accrued on the said amount and Rs.1,50,000/- which is deposited in this Court and invested in fixed deposit shall be withdrawn by Keshav Vinayak Belapurkar and Madhav Vinayak Belapurkar. 4.
