Mr Sonpethkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition is arising out of the order below Exh.5 dated 9.4.2018 passed in Regular Civil Suit No.84 of 2017. He submits that during pendency of present writ petition, Regular Civil Suit No.84 of 2017 is finally disposed of and as such, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the statement made by Mr Sonpethkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
