1] The petitioner challenges the order dated 25.02.2025 whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner challenging certificate issued by the respondent no.3, was returned back on account of non-deposit of 50% of the outstanding amount.

2] I see no error in the impugned order passed by the respondent no.2 as the petitioner has to deposit 50% of the outstanding amount in terms of Section 154 (2A) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act to challenge the certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. Hence, no case is made for interference in the impugned order. Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly.
