By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks restoration of Writ Petition No.858/2005, which is dismissed by an order dated 28/7/2010, in default. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The applicant has made out a case for recalling the order dated 28/7/2010 for the reasons recorded in the Civil Application. Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses A, B and C. No order as to costs.
