The learned Advocate for the respondents points out that by order dated 24/01/2020, at the request of learned Advocate for the petitioner, respondent No.2B and 2D are deleted, and as such there is no such necessity to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.2B and 2D on record.

In view of the same, it is not necessary to bring the legal heirs of respondent Nos.2B and 2D on record.

Civil Application No.3396 of 2022 in WP/9032/2016 and Civil

CA 3396-2022 Application No.3885 of 2022 in WP/6982/2018 have been filed to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1-A on record. Respondent No.1-A died on 29/01/2021. Learned Advocate for the respondents has no objection to allow the said applications. Hence, the Civil Application Nos.3396 of 2022 and Civil Application No.3885 of 2022 stand allowed and disposed of.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the added respondents seeks time to file affidavit in reply. 6.

List the writ petitions on 08/03/2023.
