It appears that the respondent insurer has preferred an appeal to the extent of quantum of compensation as awarded by the Tribunal. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the fact that the bread winner of the family met with an accidental death and there are minor claimants and widow, entirely depending upon the income of deceased, the applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve lacs only) out of the amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court. Civil application is disposed of.
