It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicants that in para No. 4 of the order dated 19.12.2024, it is recorded that applicant Nos. 2 and 3 would be at liberty to file application for withdrawal of amount after attaining majority. However, at the relevant time they were major, but this fact could not be brought to the notice of the Court. By present application leaving certificates are produced on record to indicate dates of births of the applicants.

In that view of the matter, applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount as they are already major. The stipulation

2 940 ca 7843.25 of the order dated 19th December, 2024 shall be adhered to. The civil application is disposed of.
