PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Head Master i.e. Respondent No.5 had submitted proposal with the Education Officer - Respondent No.3 to approve the petitioner as full time Librarian. Said Proposal is dated 22.7.2014 however, no orders are passed on the same.

Learned AGP states that, if the said proposal is pending, then it would be decided on its own merits. In light of that, we pass following order.

ORDER

In case, the proposal (Exh.E) is pending with the respondent No.3, then the respondent No.3 shall decide the said proposal, on its own merits, in accordance with law, Rules and policy, expeditiously and preferably within six months.
