Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already withdrawn 50% of the amount out of the amount deposited in this Court. So far as the balance amount under award is concerned, the respondent acquiring body has not deposited entire amount before in Court and as such the applicant may be permitted to withdraw 25% of the remaining amount on furnishing undertaking and balance 25%, on furnishing solvent security/surety as per the order passed by this Court on 20.12.2013.

In view of aforesaid order passed by this Court on 20.12.2013, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the remaining amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest on furnishing solvent security/surety. Civil application is disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
